Pictures taken June 12 - side yard of 167 VMHP:

The above picture was taken from the dining room window of the next trailer over -

& only shows a part of the 'wood stockpile'

For weeks we have asked them when it was being moved to Kenny Lake;

 always "Just a couple of days & it will be out"

Nothing seems to happen

This is the same afternoon; only 4 of the multiple vehicles usually parked here are pictured;

however, the 120 lb non-approved relative's dog is closest to the neighboring space.... that of #165

Just this evening, June 14, I learned that the couple who needed to spend the night at #165 on June 13 could not sleep due to all the noise and dog barking.

At 10:45pm the neighborhood was very quiet, but Sue did just drive up....

there were 5 vehicles there already

When someone goes by, I have noticed that the rotweiler dog does bark.

The dog is not approved; and even kenneling on this location will not work,

if people can't get a good night's rest in the neighboring mobile.

The dog is Sheridan's

Sheridan is not supposed to be living there now;

so, the dog and extra car with her belongings,

should not be on the grounds...

I spoke briefly to Sue Sat PM (6-14) to inquire whether Sheridan realized she couldn't stay there any longer;

 Sue said that she wasn't staying there...& was very rude about it.

Notice I plan to mail on Monday, June 16, 2003:

RE:  VMHP 167 Terms of Occupancy

Dear Sue Galloway,

There has been a complaint about the dog barking & disturbing someone's rest in the #165 mobile, June 13 ....
so the idea that kenneling the dog would work, is not the case.  Some of the space extra things are stored and parked on  -
do not belong to #167 unit.

Please remove the Sheridan's rotweiler dog from the premises.  There is a good kennel in Alpine Woods, or I'm sure you will be able to think of another place.
Not at #167.

You must also remove all the outside lumber, etc that has been brought in after you moved in.  The park indicated they are in the process of writing a notice.  The wood piles may not remain.

Park Rules also state no more than 2 vehicles
Please decide which two vehicles you wish to park at #167 and I will list them on an attachment as being the only approved vehicles for parking there.

Only occupants as identified by AHFC may live in #167
Art and Sheridan will have to have primary residences elsewhere that they can verify.  Neither are listed by the housing authority as OK to live there.
Sheridan has been there most of 6 weeks and visitor status has expired.  She is no longer approved to live there.

If you relocate to a temporary place by end of June,
I shall do a walk thru & be glad to release you from the balance of your lease with above conditions complied with immediately.

That should also give you a certificate to 'house-shop' with

Sincerely,

Diann Hursh
