Mosquito spraying in Valdez 2010?

a lot of glycol ethers in bug spray:  PYRETHRINS are NOT safe


City will spray through the town almost every other day
unless home owners call to be put on 'the no spray' list
Is this correct?

& glycol ethers (causing most of our autoimmune issues) is in medications, too

It is overkill, anyway, not just during breeding season,
but over and over again, all summer long
