Should Valdez, Alaska be Spraying

to diminish Mosquitoes?

Only public areas are sprayed

& as frequently as within a 24 hour period, weather permitting

That means the children's play areas are repeatedly sprayed.

And up and down some streets at midnight -

Call to cancel the area around your house

Today they are spraying both sides of our city streets

Where the kids play

Where the ferrets are

So,

does the spray driver know where to turn off the spraying this year?

Haven't seen blooms on my new lilac bush since it was sprayed
only one LOW down in the bush the year after

Lucy Lang who has a place on Meals
said the plants closest to the Meals street do poorly
& she had asked for no spraying on that street,

PLEASE put 616 Meals & Dadina on the NO spray list

PLEASE put 3209 Eagle Ave on the NO spray list

PLEASE put 310 Mendeltna on the NO spray list

PLEASE put 115 Foraker and 125 Foraker on the NO spray list

PLEASE put 102, 106, 148, 154 Robe River Dr on the NO spray list

regarding mosquito spraying going on now

I'm sure many people do not realize their yards are being sprayed
with mosquito spray in the early morning hours

The public should be told they can call Public Works & be removed from the spraying

I suspect there is a new driver now, as he sprayed both sides of Eagle/Derk a couple of days ago

Too cold to need mosquito spraying anyway,

but this will go on all summer long, right?

Not just during mosquito breeding season

____________

Lisa had the State person call me about this a couple of years ago

Concern the State person had was for the workers more than anything else
