Extension of Earnest Money Sales/Purchase AGREEMENT

 

Dated July 24, 2003

Between John and Barbara Rose, Sellers

and

Paul N. Raidmae, Purchaser

of #2 Johnson's Mobile Home,

being a 1985 Fleetwood with Tipouts #F-25316076

 

 

$500 in the form of Personal check shall be added to the

$500 already held in Hursh Trust, making the deposit $1,000.

 

 

Termination date shall be extended from September 1, 2003 to

on or before September 15, 2003

 

If cash for closing is not available on Sept 8,

the sellers shall be advanced the full deposit of $1,000

as option money.  This shall apply towards the purchase price,

or if no closing takes place, shall still be transferred to sellers in and for consideration of extension of time to close, and in taking the unit off the marked for consideration by other buyers.

 

All other terms and conditions are a part of this agreement by reference.
