Deposit of $350 with $300 eligible for refund if no extra cleaning needed and no overage on electric or TV above $300 on any months

Due at move in:  $350 deposit + $1583.30

Or ALTERNATE Proposal with first 5 days at $200 for March 27, 28, 29, 30 & 31 & no obligation to continue unless satisfied with unit.

TERM:  Effective Dates:  March 27 thru Sept 30, 2007  All or part

  • April 1-9        -  9 days

  • Sept 10 - 30  -  21 days

($300 of Deposit is refundable if no excess utilities, cleaning or damages) $50 used for carpet cleaning due to pet (Lessee hires professional carpet cleaning and pays the excess above $50)
