We expect to have a walk-thru when you move from your rental unit.

A full deposit refund (less preagreed deduction for carpet cleaning per the lease) is possible for units that are returned to the same condition as received.

Rent will be due for any add on days needed by Lessors' to do any cleanup not taken care of by you and also for electric until the unit is in the same condition as received.  Should this go past the last month's rent per lease or your last day of occupancy, single day rent is $40 per day (See item #17 of lease)

(Except for any items mentioned in the lease / such as carpet shampoo) (-$50 - $100)

Add on cleaning that could apply (@ $25 per hour for Ron's time / $10 per hour for Diann's time):

1- Vacuum carpets  minimum

2- Under couch cushion debris vacuumed up

3- Toilet and tub cleaned fully

4- Stove and oven cleaned (Foil rewrap of burner trays) & oven bottom foiled.

5- Wipe down of fridge

6- Sweeping, mopping and waxing of kitchen floor.

Lessees owe for rent and electric until unit is clean.  So if cleaning takes longer than the rent you have paid, there will be add on days of rent assessed prior to settling up on the deposit.

Please leave the electric in your name until we have had a final walk-thru & unit is clean & in the same condition as received.
