Registration & Terms of Use - Lodging only units 

 

The following are required to rent one of the "Lodging ONLY Units" 

Please look through the room/unit carefully and be sure it is satisfactory.

If you do not agree, please do not move in, even for a day

If you see something that needs minor cleaning, please help out ... or let us know at the beginning of your stay.

 

Units are in good condition; but not perfect condition.  For the price, they are a good value.  Most day rental units will not have cable TV, internet but will have a TV that can play VHS videos.  If you have a DVD machine, consider bringing it.  We expect you to treat the rental as a home, not as a motel room.  We expect you to leave the rental as you received it, except for change of beds/towels & bathroom cleanup

  • No Food included ... Just use of Kitchen (with cleanup) /Washer/dryer

  • If you use the kitchen, wash all dishes/cooking utensils before leaving.

  • Unit must be returned in the same condition received except for beds and bathroom cleaning

  • Upon departure, leave keys in unit; No return of keys is $15/per set of keys ($8 per single key)

Add ons:

  • If you bring a freezer + $5 for extra electrical use during stay.   Or for more than a couple days' stay:  Electric meter read at move in ________________ & at move out ___________________  (# of KWH x ______ cents per KWH)

  • If you other equipment that needs more than regular electrical usage, please let us know.

  • Staying more than one day?  Fresh towel service is not a part of the rental rate;  +$5/day this service.  Units are do-it-yourself, but add on perks may be available 

For non compliance expect to pay additional $30 per each non-compliance charged to your credit card after move-out

Payment due upon arrival.  At move out, please give us your suggestions for improvement
