We expect you to treat the rental as a home, not as a motel room.  We expect you to leave the rental as you received it.

  • Keep kitchen cleaned on ongoing basis: wash all dishes/cooking utensils after each use.

  • Unit must be returned in the same condition received

  • No pets allowed.  (Note below)

  • No inside smoking

  • Close all windows except for hot days; close at night.  Keeps the furnace running & wastes heat.  Surcharge of $30 if windows left open any time of year.

  • When gone for the day, please turn heat thermostat down; (we have your permission to double check)

  • Plumbing is in good working condition.  Don't put paper towels or anything larger than toilet paper down the toilet. Any plumbing or sewer cleanout expense shall be charged to you

  • Use a can for cooking grease.  Do not pour grease outside or down the drain

  • Do not put salad ingredients down the garbage disposal.

  • If anything needs repair, please call us promptly 835-5333  or 831-1000 Do not attempt repairs yourself.

  • No phone in unit  No TV or internet ... just VCR use - Sign up for any TV or internet desired

  • Upon departure, leave keys in unit; No return of keys is $15/per set of keys ($8 per single key)
