Most people affected do not realize it/ nor do their doctors I think the correct view for those with FM, CFS, CFIDS is to look for a chemical exposure ... causing our body to go autoimmune & attack us instead of bacteria or virus. | I agree with you. I think from everything I have studied that our immune systems are being overtaxed by many things and obviously there are so many more cases of autoimmune disease than ever before. I have been dx'd with Lupus. I am in the process of figuring out what I need to change in my diet as well. Have you heard of the book, Autoimmune Epidemic? It is very good. |
| I haven't heard about the book, but it sounds right on. That's
what I think along with many 'side effects' of
2-butoxyethanol: high or low blood sugar so diabetes with recent
exposure, high or low blood pressure, high or low body temp. These
would fit within an autoimmune hypothalamus issue, and I suspect
that the horrible headaches are autoimmune, too ... either
autoimmune hypothalamus getting worse or autoimmune pituitary,

| I have minor small vessel ishemia and PVCs. MY heart rate is every day in the high 90s or 100s. My cardiologist put me on Verapaamil 120 mg sr. I took it for 3 days had some side effects they had me stop it for almost a week. They had me take it night before last it gave me the same side effects brought my blood pressure down and not my heart rate ,,,so i didn't take it last night It causes my hands to go numb and my vision to be way off, I'm waiting to hear from the nurse when i got out of bed my heart rate was 105 and my blood pressure was 100 over 81.I would think its not a good thing for my heart rate to be so high all day long day after day,,,,anyone have any thoughts or ideas...I also feel dizzy when heart rate is high....I do also have severe anxiety |
| Rapid heart rate and also high blood pressure and do you have
abnormal body temp? Either high or low? Can be side effects of the anemia of CFS, FM, CFIDS I suspect exposure to butyl or 2-butoxyethanol. It is too strong in many cleaning products, it is in paint, it is in many manufacturing businesses especially dry cleaning and plastics business. I suspect this is the cause of many autoimmune issues. Dizzy? That can be it's effect on the blood in which there is not the right type of red blood cells, and even if hemoglobin is sitting there, doesn't mean that these type of red blood cells can utilize it Because so many things start going wrong with this type of chemical exposure (Cause of CFIDS, CFS, FM in my opinion) doctors can't figure it out. At least by definition of those, the anemia ... the fatigue is not found. Give your doctor more info, and start getting copies of all your blood work and your temperature. What changes are there?
