We expect Roger to come 'as needed'

which means that when there is 8 inches or more of snow he will be 'automatically' coming to remove snow from the parking lot.  We ask renters to 'be listening' for him and to move all vehicles so he can get a good removal of snow.  

He anticipates coming between 10:30 - 11am  (November through March)

If you will not be 'home' at that time, please make arrangements with someone else to move your vehicle ... OR to take it elsewhere when you go to work in the morning.  You may not park on city streets in Valdez as City snowplows also need to remove snow & you can be ticketed.

Other parking guidelines:

Please do not park in front of the entry door except for loading and unloading,

 and in cases of brief stops of 15minutes or less

If an emergency arises, there is then quick access to the building

There are assigned parking places:

Units to the left part to the left of the entry door, etc.

Downstairs unit has first parking space; 

upstairs unit has 2nd space; 

guests of either unit park to the far outside;

Note:  There is an outside electrical outlet that works off the electric box in each unit.

Only two vehicles allowed per unit.  Parking of additional vehicles or of any other items:  are only allowed with special permission ... especially in winter due to snow storage & snow plowing requirements.

If you have company that will be staying more than a couple of days, please cal us 835-3135 or message, 831-1000 or e-mail  valdez@alaska.com  and give us the license plate number so we will know they are authorized to park.
