You still owe for the end 10 days of November... (1/3 month's rent)

 

Or the month is only from the 20th through the 19th all this time

... Not from the first to the first

 

So at this point, your rent is paid through the 19th of  April with the rent you and Brandon paid together;

 

he was there in December and at end of April without any extra payment transferred from him;

 

 

I would think the $200 he paid to you towards his rent when he moved in should be transferred to us...

Especially since there has been so much coming and going with extra people that the hall carpets have gotten quite dirty & need to be cleaned before their normal cleaning.

 

 

 

NOW  The rent that you paid of 15 days rent:  $470 .... Covers

 

APRIL 20 through May 4     (looks like we're paying in arrears instead of in advance)

 

If you pay half on May 15, it covers May 5 thru May 19

 

Or if you wish a daily rate of $35 then you can pick another departure date, but we need to know.

 

Lastly,  we would like a 'pre-exit' walk thru this tomorrow night to check the apt after Brandon's departure.  I would like to have a definite date for his belongs to be removed, as we are a week overdue now.

 

Are there any repairs or extra cleaning needed in the apartment?

 

I can offer a temp place, as well, but still need to know your plans.
