There is a twin mattress in the master bedroom floor; misc, but minor junk items strewn around the house; things left in the garage - also cleanup needed mostly on floors; fridge and range don't need much cleanup.  Need to purchase and install another doorknob at side back door & other misc door hardware; 3 ceiling panels missing in ground floor living area

 

 
 

There are half a dozen old cans of paint - rusting - left in garage

  
Other Repairs that will need to be bided on:

Sheetrock, minor electrical, flooring, basins in bathrooms

The kitchen cabinet that was removed needs to be replaced,

which allows us to keep the kitchen linoleum as is

 
I have been out to the house twice and took my husband 3-15-08 as he has an 'eye' for what is needed and was an excellent consultant.  He has done many cleanouts on our own rental units. 

 I will get bids for cleanouts, as with the inside and all outside trash removal,  and pass them on to the seller.  Someone needs a dump truck for some of the items.

There is only one fuel tank that should be being filled up:

the one that is buried.

 

The other 2 should be removed along with other trash.

They appear to be empty,

These must have been used for a Toyo stove or some sort of additional heat.  One for the garage and one for the family room.

My husband noted that there is only one vent from the main heat source in the downstairs level, which is not adequate to heat the downstairs ... I've learned there had been a Monitor stove connected to the above ground free-standing oil tank.

Since it is disconnected, there is now oil that has leaked onto the gravel at the back side of the house.
