They are being sued for the wrong thing

It is not asbestos that causes the worst of lung cancers

& we should not be suing the innocent

& tearing down our buildings for no good reason

And letting people die off because they took a job one day

I think Bonnie Nielsen's death (small cell carcinoma) was from exposure to this chemical. It also causes autoimmune issues like lungs filling up with fluid.

Too bad mesothelioma lung cancer is tagged to asbestos and innocent companies are being robbed by high class attorneys who have found a deep pocket ... & who cares what the real truth is ... Ford Motor Company being sued for asbestos in break linings. What do they think break fluid is?

Exposure looks like flu, and even the Presidents' doctors don't recognize it. Pres Eisenhower had Crohn's; Pres FDR must have had CFIDS.

As a toxicologist I can tell you that MANY chemicals cause human health problems not just or only 2-butoxyethanol. Certainly asbestos is one.
Why would you harm the cause of others who feel just as strongly as you that their injury stems from exposure to other chemicals?

And it has a pattern to it

It would not cause just one thing, or look elsewhere

Experts who have compared the issues of the Vietnam vets say that dioxin does not do what their pattern of harm is. Most importantly, it does not cause autoimmune issues

Other chemicals can harm, of course, but not to the degree and extent that 2-butoxyethanol does

Benzene probably causes an autoimmune issue, too.

Research says benzene causes aplastic anemia

Research says 2-butoxyethanol causes hemolytic anemia

and tumors ... kidney failure ... liver failure ...

and many more issues

The net of its harm is so large,

it effectively gets blamed for nothing it does

It causes 'the pattern' of CFIDS (CFS, FM for short)

The fatigue has to be hemolytic anemia AIHA or IMHA

BUT doctors do not find it

THAT is the proof of this chemical's harm

Just because you find a virus or bacteria after FLU

does not mean it is the cause of what ails you, etc etc

I am very certain that someone of influence will notice what I've stumbled onto and very soon ... Congress will ban this chemical

The best group of people to prove its harm are the EVOS workers
