At three
years old ... when her brother George W. Bush was 7 years old,
Pauline Robinson ("Robin") Bush,
died of
leukemia (1949–1953).
| Mrs. Bush noticed something strange in her daughter.
Robin woke one morning and was undecided as to what to do.
She stated that she might just lie on the grass and watch
the cars go by or maybe just stay in bed. Mrs. Bush noticed
that this was strange behavior for a three year old.

Neil Armstrong, the first
astronaut to walk on the moon - 1969, lost a daughter, Karen, to brain
cancer, 1962, when she was 2 years old. (tumors?)
Karen Armstrong died January 28, 1962
According to Wikipedia, Karen Anne Armstrong (b. 13 Apr 1959 in
California; d. 28 January 1962 in Los Angeles, California), the daughter
of Neil Alden Armstrong and Janet Elizabeth Shearon, was diagnosed with
a malignant tumor in the middle part of her brain stem in June 1961:
"X-ray treatment slowed its growth but her health deteriorated to the
point where she could no longer walk or talk. Karen died of pneumonia,
related to her weakened health, on January 28, 1962." A New York Times
review of James R. Hansen's 2005 biography First Man: The Life of Neil
Armstrong further notes, "A turning point [in Neil Armstrong's life]
came in 1962 when his young daughter died of an inoperable brain tumor."
