Dear Tim & LaVerne Eickman,

This is a courtesy letter to let you know the conditions attached to hooking on to the water line on Aurora Ave.  I am co-owner of this water line,

and it will cost $35,000 to hook on

There will be other conditions:

The only time that is workable for such, is now through May 31 of any year due to the high water table.  The extension would have to be of the same high standards that this line is and only a licensed, bonded and insured worker can do this for you.

I intend to do a correction plat to regain the snow storage lot.

This property will not belong to the City.

They will only have this property:  road/water line turned over to them with conditions attached including a required reimbursement to Cameron & me.  We can wait for years until this is settled.  We are in no hurry; however, if you are, you have an easy solution within your control & you can proceed with your water line upgrade immediaitely.
