All stays are payable upon arrival - We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
(If you are not satisfied with the unit, we will not rent to you; late arrivals may 'give up their' reservation, etc)
If an alternate housing unit is provided, it shall be as close as possible to your first choice unit.
Late arrivals after 10pm are subject to a 10% surcharge

plus $15/hour for anything above one hour.
If you use the kitchen, wash your own dishes; pick up in the living area, etc.

We can't get the unit ready for the next party in time for use that day.
Add 1/2 the night rate for an extended day use up to 6pm or $20/hour whichever is less
If anything breaks or needs repair... notify owner immediately.
Do not try to repair anything yourself.
