| Good Features: This house has potential to be
developed into a small second living area in the downstairs if a
kitchen were added. Nice rec room and small room that could be a
bedroom.
There is a 3/4 bath downstairs that is nicely done; Nice
corner lot with extra space and a couple of extra outside buildings;
porches, too, but hard to determine what condition as the deck is
covered with snow.
Being a two story raised modular is better than
those which just have a daylight basement. Nicely finished off
ground floor with inside workshop & room that could be a den or
developed into a small bedroom. |

| Mechanical system seems to be in
good condition; however should be given an annual maintenance -
suggest Crowley Fuel co. Neighbor says City will pay for a new
septic system - being checked into now. 1.27 acres; built
in 1980 |
|
 |
| Drawbacks: Kitchen has
been partially torn down on one side, as though
someone started a remodel job, but didn't finish
it; both locations for a free standing wood stove -
do not have the wood stove there. Only a single
garage; the other side is being used for a
workshop, not a garage, but it could be put back as
a second garage stall. Only one heat vent in the
ground floor level, so need supplemental heat:
wood or Toyo Stove or Monitor stove |

Oil forced air furnace and Bock hot water units seem in good
condition. Downstairs hot water tank is electric

could get reception or not. |
