Terms of Use - Lodging only units
|
The following are
required to rent one of the "Lodging ONLY Units"
On rare occasions it is
necessary to give a similar but a different unit that
was first discussed. We ask people for their first
choice and their second choice. We reserve the right to
hold a similar, but different unit. Sometimes a unit
has someone holding over who has stayed several days
already... or because of needs of those who are calling
for a room, needing a two day stay instead of a one day
stay, alternate housing may be required for those who
have booked already. If so, we will call you in advance
if possible.
Please look through the
room/unit carefully and be sure it is satisfactory.

beginning of your stay.
We ask that you 'help out' so we
can keep our rates affordable.

rental unit - If not to your liking, please do not spend a night
Units are in good condition; but
not perfect condition.
For the price, they are a good
value.
If you check in, you agree to
the following:

No Food included ... Just
use of Kitchen/Washer/dryer

If you use the kitchen, wash
all dishes/cooking utensils before leaving.

Unit must be returned in the
same condition received except for beds and bathroom cleaning

No cleaning or packaging of
fish in unit
-
No extra people without
add-on fee even for
day use only:
$15/per adult per day
-
No pets allowed.

No inside smoking
-
For apt rental - speak quietly - feel
like arguing? Go elsewhere - No slamming doors

No parking of any vehicles
which leak oil/transmission fluid
($25 surcharge, if so)

Winter months - Move vehicles when snow removal is being done

Make sure all garbage in
kitchen garbage can (tied off)

Clean refrigerator

Close all windows except for
hot days; close at night. Keeps the furnace running & wastes
heat.
Surcharge of $50 if windows left open any time of year.

When gone for the day,
please turn heat thermostat down;
(we may pop in to double check)

Plumbing is in good working
condition. Don't put paper towels or anything larger than
toilet paper down the toilet. Any plumbing or sewer cleanout
expense shall be charged to you

Use a can for cooking
grease. Do not pour grease outside or down the drain
-
Do not put salad ingredients
down the garbage disposal.

If anything needs repair,
please call us promptly

Any extra pick up/cleanup
left for us to do shall be an add on fee of $25 to your lodging
fee

key)

Standardize paragraphs that
apply to any length rental are incorporated herein, and posted
in the common area of the rental unit/complex

If you are traveling with a pet, we must be notified in advance;
& we may not approve one. $25 fee for no advance notice.
Should a pet be approved, it is Only CONDITIONALLY approved subject
to their being no problems: pet may not be left in unit unattended,
or pet will no longer be approved; or you continued us of rental
unit may be suspended & you will be asked to move. Add on pet
deposit &/or credit card number on file to cover any damages to
furniture, carpet, etc. Add on fee of $25 if messes are not picked
up; no potty use in front of unit. No barking or behaviors
that disturb neighbors. Should there be a repair necessary
because of a pet on premises ... owners agree to reimburse for all
costs including loss of rent opportunity until unit is in same
condition as received. |
