Amended Lease Agreement - 142 Robe River Dr

 

Term shall be through May 30, 2006

to be extended for the balance of original term (March 1, 2007) if rent is paid on time together with all utilities with re-evaluation by the parties by mid May, 2006

Electricity is currently transferred to Lessee/Renter

Propane shall be partially paid with each payment by 

  • in person or by direct deposit of full housing check into the night deposit box at FNBofA on day received:

Hursh Realtors Trust, PO Box 233, Valdez, AK 99686  

Acct #1610-113-1

Amount over $850 rent shall be credited to propane usage.

Otherwise a $300 would be due to Valdez Fuel for auto fill on propane

All other terms remain in effect.

Original agreement and this change in terms ... shall be mailed ... or left for pick up at entry of mobile by Feb 7, Tuesday
