Accidentally not filled on auto per misunderstanding at Crowley

So, on 12/15/08 Crowley filled the tank up

and found that it was empty with no pressure in the tank at all

Emergency to go in and do a pressure test, start up furnace, hot water tank, range

I called Angela Johnson and learned that she was gone

yet the door was left open for someone else to go in 

We came by to help Crowley

Temp was right at freezing and place was at risk for freezing up,

with no water left running

Cost of propane was 261.1 gallons (to 70%) at a price per gallon of $280 so $731.08

You have paid $123 .... with $200 balance on propane held in the Rental trust account

Balance still due is $408

Due by mid January

Rent of $900 due on the 6th of January, 2009
