Deposit would be $1300 + $40 for card discount ... of which 1300 is eligible for refund (also less minimum $150 carpet clean on 3 units)
 
We would want unit left in same condition as received & fridge, oven, burners very clean
 
We would want a check at move in for the first 36 days, Feb 24- March 31 = $3300
 
April 1 -  a check for 30 days:  $2750
 
Minimum  lease is Feb 24 - April 30 (no refund for early departure)
 
Rent of $35/day per unit each day the mobile/apts would be used in May

Oil was filled up 2-23-06 at 165 VMHP;  Propane use has been negligible as hot water tank was turned off & no one in unit to use any propane.
