April 1 - a check for 30 days:
$2850 + $900 = $3750
Minimum lease is Feb 24 - April 30 (no
refund for early departure)
Rent of $35/day per unit each day the
mobiles/apts would be used in May

Oil was filled up 2-23-06 at 165 VMHP; Propane use has been negligible as hot water tank was turned off & no one in unit to use any propane.
