Someone wanting to stay for 2-3 weeks would have to check-out due to lack of availability. We have been able to provide nice turnkey housing for such needed housing, as we do not book vacancies far in advance, & we may have just what you need!
For instance, someone wanting an 8 month lease or a l0 month lease can expect to pay a higher rent during those months than someone who has a one year lease. Like it or not, the mortgage, insurance, taxes and maintenance go on for 12 months. If a place is held for just the part of the year that you need, in all probability it will sit vacant on the off winter months. Folks who want to rent for a whole year often arrive in the middle of the summer, and would have to select a place that is open at that time. Please also be aware, that the turnkey rentals are more than just a furnished place: beds are made, kitchen has everything you need, often phone and cable & all utilities can be included...even housekeeping.
