Association of Occupational and
Environmental clinics:
I noticed your website & goals &
feel we have a couple of non profit groups in Alaska who might want to
'hook up' with you
Note one of their projects: www.valdezlink.com/project.htm
They seem to need more help to find the workers of the Exxon Valdez
Oil spill cleanup and to get them accurate diagnoses
If you wish to link to my study on what
workers encountered during the Exxon Valdez Oil Spill cleanup -please
feel free to
So I'm thinking that if only blood
counts are being looked at .... maybe there needs to be a
differentiation made between baby red blood cells and adult red blood
cells... & also they need to know what the volume of blood is.
I know of 3 workers (& hearing of others) now that are fainting
... It has to be lack of blood...
The symptoms of 2-butoxyethanol are the same as gulf war syndrome vets have... & secondarily some of their spouses... as I have heard that spouses of vets are coming down with the same symptoms as vets ... getting second hand exposures from a loved one 'breathing' on them? www.valdezlink.com/aggressive.htm ? http://www.valdezlink.com/inipol/pages/chemicals_avoid.htm#doctor
What happened to Capt Richard -
delivered chemicals to the workers on the beaches - a boat capt http://www.valdezlink.com/capt_richard.htm
He was only recently diagnosed with
hemolytic anemia that he has had to have had all these years.
It is a great loss to medical science and future workers - to not locate these workers and document what has happened to them. Please, can you help?
