Thank you for YOUR interest.
Of course, often benzene is suspect;
however, it gets more credit than it is
due
valdezlink.com/leforg Last link - there is a difference in the blood damage;
however, I suspect they may both be an
autoimmune situation.
I don't know much about the other most
hazardous chemicals; but 2-butoxyethanol and diethylene glycol
monobutyl ether are two of 100 that EPA tested for endocrine
disruption. I have a back up copy of that web page, but there
was also a janitorial study mentioned here valdezlink.com/same.htm
I suspect many cancer studies,
especially for prostate cancer & NHL ...have many who would
have blood in urine and immature red blood cells (a clue to
2-butoxyethanol harm) So it might be nice to know whether or not
THE FATIGUE is there (would not be, though if it were a singular birth
defect & the parent were the one primarily harmed)
What about DDT?

A good person to check with ... as
to what chemicals would be good for such a list, would
be Dr. Rea of Dallas, TX valdezlink.com
&/or Dr. Crinnion. Since they
have both been working in the field of chemical exposures they may be
better contacts than I.
Dr. Rea has seen some of the Exxon
Valdez oil spill cleanup workers with known exposure to
2-butoxyethanol and he would like to do a study. Of course, the
research is done, it's learning to recognize all the ails. I've
even wondered about breast cancer ... when one MSDS says 'and other
maternal effects.' valdezlink.com/generic.htm

PS -
How a large group of people could be exposed to 2-butoxyethanol?
The reason I suspect military are more
exposed during war times,
is because it appears to be in all types
of gun cleaners and they clean a lot of guns.
Also cleaners in general, and usually
one company does the same job over and over again,
so that if they are getting exposure to
this chemical, they get too much.
The gulf war vets of 90-91 are a stand out group in my mind, because this chemical is said to be in rocket propellants ... and what did we hear all the time on the news back then? scuds hit by the Patriot Missiles. http://home.gci.net/~blessing
Chad Pagel shared with me that when his
gulf war 1 company secured the airport ... they all lost their bowels
... horrible diarrhea. I suspect that exposure to this chemical
would look like that. This group is dying off now. http://home.gci.net/~blessing
I suspect the n-butyl ethers are
damaging our men - sperm counts & motility are declining these
recent decades
Corexit with 38% 2-butoxyethanol was
sold to the Dept of Defense. It's not good for anything except
those who earn money one it. Sounded like these barrels were
sitting in the ARMS room & would have gotten in the eyes of
soldiers going in there; also the Navy Seabees have to transport such,
so that could be an extra exposure for them.
I think it is in Latex paint (Don't get
fumes in your eyes) It is in many cleaning products. It is
25% strong in Spot Shot Carpet cleaner ... & did this Persian cat
a lot of harm http://home.gci.net/~blessing
and I suspect the 2nd hand solvent
exposure to babies to be a cause of SIDS -
This chemical is a cause of pituitary
brain tumors ... & other types, too, most likely
I believe this to be a primary cause of
diabetes
So as you can tell, I suspect everyone at every age is at risk. FOR THOSE WONDERING ABOUT THE CAUSE OF HEMANGIOMAS - SEE WHETHER SOMEONE IN THE FAMILY LINE HAS CHRONIC FATIGUE SYNDROME |

... all that said .... With direct exposure it would never just cause ONE thing * * Look for its pattern ! * |

Did you know Simple Green contains 6% 2-butoxyethanol? Misting it for 45 minutes caused this man a lot of harm
I seriously doubt that it leaves the body in 24-48 hours as the Chemical Companies lobbied EPA with - "Oh, it doesn't bioaccumulate," they said EPA has delisted_2-Butoxyethanol as a chemical of Concern?
There is a pattern with the harm of EGBE |
