A Para Professional Comments on Testing Products on Animals & Some Resultant Learnings:

"I was reading a couple of articles from OSHA which were based on rat studies. I might remind you rat studies are not a reliable comparison for primates as they are only about 70?+ percent or less similar to humans in the geonome? spelling for similar dna strands when compared to humans."

"Parkinson's disease was caused by a widely used herbicide? which was based on rat studies which destroys the central part of the brain and it was discovered by accident when a crack house in LA back in the 80's was busted when advanced Parkinson's showed up in people who used a bad batch of street drugs which used this chemical in their processing. Basically they were in the vegetative state within a few days similar to those in the documentary which aired on PBS many years ago. The herbicide showed no effects on rats whatsoever but was devastating to primates immediately on first exposure."
