REPLY: The
chemical that should be suspect is a neurotoxin and a pesticide and
it is listed in Book 2 of Solvents and Pesticides gulf war troops
were exposed to: 2-butoxyethanol and Diethylene Glycol MonoBUTYL
Ether.
It should be suspect for the odd symptoms named. Civilians would
call it Chronic Fatigue Immune Dysfunction Syndrome, CFS, or FM. It
is a teratogen chemical & children can have memory loss, etc., too
Exposure 'looks like the flu' or diarrhea, sniffles, etc
28% of the general population should have similar exposure, as it is
in widespread use in cleaning products, paint, etc.

This chemical won't
do just one thing -
If you only have one
health issue, and/or
your parent doesn't
have 'the odd
assortment of
CFIDS
symptoms,' don't
suspect
2-butoxyethanol
poisoning.
